A Company within the ESB Group, ESB Independent Energy (ESBIE) was established in January 2000 to offer an alternative supply service to Industrial,Commercial and Business energy users on the island of Ireland. Our success in this market is achieved by delivering highly competitively priced, individually tailored, energy solutions and services.
Our strategy is to provide value for money and grow long-term relationships with our customers. This is achieved through a range of products and services backed by a premium level of service that differentiates ESBIE from other suppliers.
For Industrial and Commercial Customers, ESBIE employs dedicated experienced Customer Relationship Managers (CRM’s) who are your point of contact. Our CRM’s are geographically located through-out the island to provide a one-to-one service to customers.
CRM’s are based out of Dublin, Belfast, Londonderry, Limerick, Cork and Tullamore.
Our SME customers are serviced by dedicated Customer Service Teams, located at our Offices in Santry, Dublin and Laganside, Belfast.
Our continued investment in a variety of power sources and renewable technologies reinforces our continued commitment to our country’s economic development, our environment, and most importantly; you our customer. By 2012 we will have 600MWh’s of renewable power generated throughout Ireland and available to our customers.
As part of the ESB International Group we also have the unique advantage of having access to our own power generation capacity, Dublin Bay Power Plant in the Republic of Ireland, and Coolkeeragh in Northern Ireland.
