As part of the ESB International Group we have the unique advantage of having access to our own power generation capacity, Dublin Bay Power Plant in the Republic, Coolkeeragh in Northern Ireland and various renewable sources throughout the country. Our continued investment in a variety of power sources and technologies underpins our commitment to you our customer.

For Industrial and Commercial Customers, ESBIE employs dedicated experienced Customer Relationship Managers (CRM’s) who are your point of contact.
Our CRM’s are geographically located through-out the island to provide a one-to-one service to this customer segment.
CRM’s are based out of Dublin, Belfast, Derry, Limerick, Cork and Tullamore.

Our SME customers are serviced by a dedicated Customer Service Team, located at our Offices in Santry, Dublin.
